About This Position

Director, GTM Business Architecture

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, GTM Business Architecture in United States.

This is a strategic and highly influential leadership role focused on shaping how global go-to-market systems, processes, and technologies scale across a fast-growing organization. You will operate at the intersection of sales strategy, operations, and enterprise technology, ensuring that GTM architecture becomes a true competitive advantage rather than just a support function. The role requires a strong blend of systems thinking, business process design, and executive influence. You will define how revenue teams operate, translate business needs into structured requirements, and ensure alignment between field execution and technical delivery. Acting as a key connector between business and technology teams, you will help drive transformation initiatives that directly impact productivity, efficiency, and growth. This position is ideal for a hands-on strategic leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building scalable operating models.

Accountabilities:

Lead the design and evolution of global go-to-market business architecture, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-impact sales processes aligned with company growth strategy. Act as the primary bridge between sales operations, enterprise technology, and executive leadership to translate business priorities into structured, actionable requirements.

  • Design and optimize end-to-end GTM processes, identifying inefficiencies and defining future-state operating models
  • Own business requirements definition, user stories, and process mapping for GTM systems and transformations
  • Lead strategic intake and prioritization of GTM initiatives, balancing field needs, technical constraints, and business impact
  • Drive CRM, tooling, and enterprise system transformation programs in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Define and execute the GTM AI and automation roadmap to improve productivity and decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting readiness by aligning process design with data engineering standards
  • Lead Voice of the Field programs and synthesize feedback into actionable product and process improvements
  • Own UAT strategy and ensure readiness standards are met before any GTM tool or feature release
  • Partner with enablement teams to support change management and adoption of new capabilities
  • Manage and develop a small team of business architects or analysts
Requirements:

This role requires deep experience in go-to-market operations, business systems design, and cross-functional transformation within complex SaaS or technology environments. You bring a strong ability to translate business strategy into scalable systems and influence senior stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM operations, business architecture, or management consulting within SaaS or tech organizations
  • At least 2+ years of people management experience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and field productivity drivers
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and GTM tech stacks (e.g., Clari, Gong, Outreach or similar tools)
  • Proven ability to define and operationalize AI use cases in revenue or GTM environments
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
  • Excellent communication and executive influence skills, including ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience driving data-informed decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Bias toward action with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Equity participation
  • Remote-first work environment (US-based)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement savings plan (401k with employer contribution)
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • Wellness, mental health, and employee assistance programs
  • Learning and professional development support
  • Flexible work arrangements with strong autonomy.
