Inside Sales Rep at Hope Plumbing Services – Indianapolis, Indiana

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on converting inbound inquiries and outbound leads into booked appointments or closed sales. As a key part of our sales process, you'll build trust with homeowners, identify their service needs, and guide them toward the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and web leads from potential customers
• Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, unsold leads, and previous customers
• Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs and determine appropriate solutions
• Book in-home consultations, service calls, or installations for sales or field technicians
• Promote products, services, and maintenance plans (e.g., memberships or warranties)
• Collaborate with dispatchers, service managers, and technicians to schedule work
• Track all communications and progress in CRM software
• Meet or exceed performance targets (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, revenue goals)
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach with every interaction

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of inside sales or call center experience (preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or home services)
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., ServiceTitan)
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently
