Senior Living Advisor/Sales at The Haven at Oconee – Greensboro, Georgia

The Haven at Lake Oconee, Assisted Living & Memory Care Community is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales efforts and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients. Responsibilities:
-Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
-Manage and maintain client records and databases
-Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
-Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
-Prepare reports and presentations as needed
-Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects
-Handle incoming calls and correspondence
-Assist in organizing events and activities for residents

Requirements:
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
