About the Role:

The Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of machinery and equipment within a production or operational environment. This position is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining equipment to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. The Operator will collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and optimize operational processes. Success in this role directly impacts the overall productivity and safety of the facility, making attention to detail and proactive problem-solving essential. The Operator contributes to a continuous improvement culture by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment performance and operational workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA regulations.
  • Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Certification in equipment operation or related technical training.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance or engineering teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment status, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
