What you’ll actually be doing:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be learning by doing and working alongside your team.

• Training on daily store operations and leadership responsibilities
• Helping lead shifts while working alongside your team
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Learning scheduling, inventory, and ordering processes
• Building relationships with vendors and understanding product planning
• Keeping an eye on store performance and learning the financial side
• Helping create a positive, team focused work environment

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous retail or leadership experience
• Someone who wants to grow into a Store Manager role
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn

A few things to know:

• This is a development role with a path to Store Manager
• You’ll be working a variety of shifts as part of training
• On your feet most of the shift
