First Impressions Coordinator

Aden Senior Living is seeking a dynamic, organized, and people-focused professional to join our team as a Move-In Coordinator / First Impressions Director. This key role serves as the bridge between our Sales and Operations teams, ensuring every new resident experiences a seamless, welcoming transition into our community.

Position Summary

The Move-In Coordinator / First Impressions Director plays a critical role in “bringing move-ins over the finish line.” This individual ensures all pre-admission requirements are completed, coordinates the move-in process, and delivers a smooth, supportive transition for new residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming residents and families during the move-in process
Partner closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from deposit to move-in day
Coordinate and collect all required move-in documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Schedule and manage move-in dates, logistics, and internal team communication
Prepare apartments and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and clinical teams to ensure readiness
Greet new residents and families on move-in day, creating a warm and welcoming first impression
Support new residents through their initial transition, helping them acclimate to the community
Maintain organized records and track move-in progress to ensure timelines are met
Assist with front-facing concierge or hospitality duties as needed to support overall first impressions

Qualifications
Previous experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Warm, professional demeanor with a passion for service and hospitality
Proficiency with basic computer systems and documentation processes
