Senior Risk Operations Analyst at Jobgether – India

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and risk assessment process, ensuring compliance from initial customer verification through first transaction
• Design and implement scalable Risk Operations processes, including SOPs and workflow standardization
• Conduct thorough KYB (Know Your Business) assessments, analyzing complex ownership structures using a risk-based approach
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Support to manage risk effectively without direct client interaction
• Leverage and optimize risk and compliance tools to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to evaluate process performance and drive continuous improvements
• Support the development of a robust, tech-enabled risk framework aligned with global regulatory standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Risk Operations, KYB, and transaction monitoring within a fintech or tech-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with risk and compliance tools such as AiPrise, ComplyAdvantage, CreditSafe, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks across regions such as the US, Europe, and Australia
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize operational processes
• Proven ability to manage high-risk cases and navigate complex compliance scenarios
• Experience working in B2B environments, ideally within marketplaces or financial platforms
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
