Service Receptionist – Join Our Team!

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our service department. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry.

Pay $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Must be able to work every Saturday and have one day off during the week

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers in person and over the phone
• Schedule service appointments and manage incoming calls
• Assist advisors and technicians with administrative tasks
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Proficiency with computers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
