About the role

Aptean is looking for ambitious Account Manager to join our growing team in Breda. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to develop their career in sales within a global SaaS company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with experienced sales colleagues and benefit from structured sales training to help you develop your core skills.

You will focus on our OEE solution, which helps customers improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Our clients operate across industrial manufacturing, process manufacturing, and the food & beverage sector.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers;
  • Driving customer loyalty and long-term retention;
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Aptean’s products;
  • Promoting additional licenses, modules and product upgrades.

About you

We are flexible regarding your level of experience, but ideally, you bring a few years of experience in an IT or SaaS environment and are motivated to continue learning and growing in sales.

Most importantly, you are:

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment;
