Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other professional surveyors and teams to deliver project scope and meet schedules
  • Supervise and support field crews and office technicians on complex land surveying projects
  • Review drawings, and other deliverables in compliance with state and industry standards
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and ensure effective communication throughout project delivery
  • Mentor team members and provide training on state survey requirements and QA/QC processes
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic goals through additional responsibilities as needed


Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of experience in land surveying or related field
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center is required
  • Certification such as LSIT, Certified Survey Technician Level II, III, or IV, or Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) preferred
  • Familiarity with transportation and utility projects a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
  • A hybrid schedule may be available based on project needs and team coordination
  • Ability to work onsite at our Worcester office office is preferred
