Want to cook in a busy kitchen with room to grow?
Haley & Bear American Bistro is looking for reliable line cooks to join our team in downtown Concord. We serve restaurant guests, banquets, and catering events, so every day brings something different.
We have full-time and part-time openings, with morning and evening shifts available.

About Haley & Bear
Haley & Bear is a newly renovated American bistro located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton on Main Street in Concord, NH. Our kitchen supports the restaurant, banquets, and catering events.
Duprey Hospitality also operates other local hospitality spaces, including Arts Alley and the upcoming Dukes Bar & Grill, creating more opportunities for team members who want to grow.
What You’ll Do
As a line cook, you will help prepare fresh, high-quality food in a clean and organized kitchen.
You will:
- Cook menu items for the restaurant, banquets, and catering
- Work stations like grill, sauté, oven, and pantry
- Prep hot and cold food
- Follow recipes, portions, and plating standards
- Label, date, rotate, and store food safely
- Keep your station clean and ready
- Follow food safety rules
- Support the team during busy service

Requirements
- Prior kitchen, cooking, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry items as needed
- Ability to work in a hot, busy kitchen
- Non-slip shoes recommended
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
- Requires walking, sitting, and standing to a significant degree, reaching, handling, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing, and smelling
- Lifting up to 100 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying or transporting of food, objects or equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
