We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team at Ajax Systems.

This high-impact, cross-functional role is well-suited to a curious and driven marketer who thrives in complexity, values autonomy, and understands how to collaborate effectively across teams.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll have solid knowledge of Ajax’s hardware, software, and services by working closely with R&D teams. At the same time, you’ll stay plugged into market needs by engaging with regional marketers, business development managers, and our partners. Your mission: craft strong product positioning and messaging, shape marketing approach, and develop content and tools that fuel awareness and boost sales worldwide.

You’ll be part of a small yet powerful product marketing team, where every member brings unique expertise and shared knowledge that ensures a bigger impact. While each PMM has a specific product direction and broad decision-making authority, success here depends on teamwork, clear communication, mutual support, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Market research and competitor analysis.

• Product naming, positioning, and key messaging.

• Creating internal product documentation — to present the product to marketing, tech support, and the sales force.

• Creating TORs for marketing content: articles, website pages, advertising, videos, and even web tools: configurators, calculators.

• Participating in the development of go-to-market strategies.

• Developing B2B product slides and holding product demos and presentations.

• Leading the product promotion campaigns.

• Coordinating product releases and global and local market launches.

• Post-launch product support.

• Analyzing product launch, campaigns, and sales results and content efficiency to find ways of improving outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech industry.

• Ability to comprehend and explain complicated technologies.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rapidly adapt to change.
