What You’ll Do:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting
• Convert leads into active customers and build a strong, profitable book of business
• Collaborate with a team-driven environment to grow and maintain customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of freight brokerage (3PL) sales experience (required)
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
