Job Description

We’re looking for Clinical Managers who are excited to lead clinic operations while supporting both patients and care teams. In this role, you’ll supervise clinical staff, support providers, maintain medical record systems, and ensure efficient clinic flow. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive, high-performing environment focused on patient care, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Assistant Manager, LVNs, and MAs across the Community Care Clinic and assigned clinics

• Hire, discipline, counsel, and coach staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow

• Support physician satisfaction through effective clinic operations and team leadership

• Maintain clinical components of the ambulatory medical record system

• Provide training and ongoing software support to staff and physicians

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with providers, clinical staff, and leadership to deliver effective, patient-focused services while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN license to practice in California

• Significant management experience in a busy clinic with multiple providers

• CPR certification required and maintained

• Previous experience working with ambulatory medical record systems

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with physicians

• Ability to provide leadership aligned with organizational goals, mission, and vision

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

• Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers
