HIRING - EXPERIENCED APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECH (FULL-TIME) join our awesome apartment maintenance team in Omaha! This is a hands on job that will deal with HVAC repair, make-readies, work orders and grounds.
PAY: $27-29 an hour plus up to $3,000+ in bonuses throughout the year!
BONUSES POTENTIAL:
$750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance)
$100 for every week you hold the on-call phone and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency calls
That is $3,000+ in annual bonuses!
POSITION DETAILS: In this position, you will float between our 7 properties maintenance teams and assist when and where needed. A strong background in HVAC is required to be considered for this position. The right fit should be personable and a team player, ready for whatever comes there way!

M-F 8-5PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays)
On-call 1x every 5 weeks

- $27-29 an hour full-time year round work and pay (bi-weekly)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
- Snow removal (when applicable)
- Pool maintenance (where applicable)
- Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)
The Experience We Like To See:
- 2+ years experience in maintenance or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Basic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- Required experience in HVAC with EPA certification and/or boiler system knowledge, air conditioning repair knowledge is necessary
- Pool experience with CPO certification preferred
- Some knowledge of water heaters both electric and gas
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
- Have basic safety training or be willing to go through basic training within 30/days
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
