Director, Corporate Partnerships

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Corporate Partnerships in the United States.

This senior fundraising and partnership role sits at the intersection of corporate engagement, mission-driven strategy, and high-impact relationship management. You will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners, driving multi-million-dollar philanthropic investments that support large-scale social impact initiatives. The role requires a strong ability to translate organizational priorities into compelling partnership opportunities that resonate with corporate stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with program, finance, marketing, and executive teams to design high-value proposals and ensure successful delivery of funded initiatives. Acting as both strategist and relationship builder, you will help expand new business pipelines while deepening long-term partner engagement. This is a highly collaborative, remote-first position with occasional travel and meaningful exposure to senior leadership and external executives.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and corporate foundation partners, driving $2.5M–$4M in annual fundraising through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of multi-year and project-based commitments.
  • Lead the development of proposals, concept notes, presentations, and impact reports aligned with partner priorities and organizational mission.
  • Identify and qualify new corporate prospects, building a sustainable pipeline through research, outreach, and strategic relationship development.
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships by cultivating executive-level relationships and ensuring consistent engagement and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Programs, Finance, Marketing, Research & Evaluation) to align budgets, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
  • Track all partnership activity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Contribute to overall corporate engagement strategy and support senior leadership in advancing organizational fundraising goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, major gifts, or institutional development.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing significant philanthropic investments within nonprofit, mission-driven, or complex organizational environments.
  • Strong experience in relationship management with senior corporate stakeholders and foundation partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align partner objectives with organizational mission and long-term funding priorities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively across diverse internal teams.
  • Up to 35% travel required, including some international travel.
Benefits
  • Annual salary range: $90,000 – $110,000
  • Competitive PTO policy including 18 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, and end-of-year organizational closure
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life insurance at no cost, plus short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
  • Monthly volunteer time off (1 day per month)
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and occasional travel
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on collaboration, impact, and professional growth.
