About This Position
As the Experience & Events Manager, you will lead the City’s customer experience and event operations within City Hall while supporting community events across the City. This role ensures City Hall operates as a welcoming civic space while delivering high-quality events and exceptional service to residents, visitors, and community partners.
Our Communications Department is a team of talented individuals who work to provide access, facilitate open channels of information, promote public service, and meet city and department needs by promoting and engaging the community on behalf of all departments.
This role is exempt with a starting annual salary of 107,827, depending on experience, and plays a key leadership role in shaping how residents and visitors experience City Hall and City events. View the job description here
Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field and four years of relevant experience, including experience supervising staff, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience coordinating events, managing facilities, and delivering exceptional customer service is highly valued.
