Account Manager/Recruiter
General DescriptionThe Account Manager-Recruiter will support the Industrial and Transportation Workforce1 Career Center. The Account Manager will develop a portfolio of accounts with recurring, high-volume recruitment needs. The Account Manager will be responsible for screening candidates based on the employer's specifications. We are looking for someone with high energy with strong work ethics as our work environment is fast-paced and performance-based. As such, Account Managers are expected to meet monthly individual and team goals.

General Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to generate job opportunities for jobseeker base.
- Advertise job opportunities to jobseekers by using online job boards, sourcing platforms, and email communication weekly.
- Host recruitment events virtually and/or in-person with jobseekers and employers weekly
- Conduct recruitment orientations at each recruitment event.
- Pre-screen and refer customers to job opportunities.
- Collaborate with Community Partner team to reach larger jobseeker network.
- Proactively engage jobseekers within pipeline of program enrollees to facilitate connections to employment.
- Re-engage with prior jobseekers and employers to meet individual and team goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual strongly preferred- Spanish
- College degree preferred in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years' experience as of recruiting experience.
- Experience working within Industrial and Transportation industries highly desired (Transportation, Construction, Manufacturing, Wholesale Trade, Warehousing and Logistics.)
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience working with specialized jobseeker populations preferred
- Ability to assess individual skills with precision and make appropriate referrals
- Ability to problem solve and work with a diverse customer base
- Must have the ability to work well with all levels of the organization and individuals with multiple barriers
- Must be well-organized, detailed oriented, and accuracy driven
Salary: $66,000 - $70,000 Annually
