About This Position
The Quality Coordinator (QC) of Data Integrity & Analysis ensures the health system’s approach to quality is comprehensive, reliable, and data driven. Specifically, this leader supports multiple aspects of both internal data management and external validity related to publicly reported and other deliverable metrics for quality, safety, and outcomes of the health system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Directs and assists with the development and maintenance of consolidated dashboards for hospitals/facilities and department leaders that provide timely and actionable data for decision-making.
Develops, maintains, and uploads data elements and surveys to various external institutions (e.g. Leapfrog, LHAREF, US News)
Builds relationships with hospital leaders across the health system to foster trust between operations and data harvested from electronic records, vendors, or other internal systems; systematically validates information received to ensure validity and reliability
Administers the Culture of Safety Survey in a manner accepted by ongoing Value-Based and Quality Programs

Compiles survey results and provides analytic reports to the Board, Senior Leadership, and all applicable departments.

Exhibits system and analytical thinking capabilities
Demonstrates the use of continuous improvement skills and methodologies
Demonstrates technical knowledge of quality measurement, reporting processes and data systems
Demonstrates knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and graphic displays of information
Collaborates to support multidisciplinary teams and other individual efforts in quality measurement and reporting activities
Foster the service-focused environment of the Quality Department across all levels of the health system

Master’s degree in business administration, health administration, or other master’s degree suitable for the position
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt within 12 months of hire
Effective organizational, oral, and written communication skills, problem-solving, program development, computer skills and strong leadership and team-building skills
Effective time management skills as required for system-wide PI projects
Ability to work with a variety of disciplines and levels of staff across departments and the health system

Experience in informatics
2+ years of experience in a hospital or health system
