Job Overview:
We are seeking an Entry-Level IT Support Analyst to support employees and clients with day-to-day technical needs and help ensure the reliable operation of IT systems. This role offers hands-on experience with hardware and software support, along with the opportunity to learn from senior IT team members and build foundational technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and service tickets from employees and clients
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues (printers, monitors, scanners, etc.)
• Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff and follow through to resolution
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Maintain and update internal support documentation
• Provide basic guidance and support to users on systems and applications
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users at all levels
• Stay current on systems, tools, and IT best practices used within the organization

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, with a basic understanding of IT and a problem-solving mindset. Strong communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks are important.
