As an Associate Outpatient Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress.
This role provides supervised clinical experience toward licensure and is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience, strong supervision, and the opportunity to build confidence in assessment, care coordination, and clinical decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours
- Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision
- Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education

What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Washington State Associate license, LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA
- Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
