Property: Live Oak, Charleston Historic District, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a motivated Busser/Bar Back to join our culinary team.
$11-$15 an hour plus tips.

JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, ice, and supplies
- Keep bar area clean and organized throughout service
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Complete bar and service prep work, including:
- Cutting and prepping garnishes
- Stocking mixers, juices, and syrups
- Polishing glassware and silverware
- Take out trash and recycling
- Refill waters as needed
- Support servers and bartenders during busy shifts
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.
Can communicate well with guests.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
