We’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Total Rewards & Global Mobility Analyst to join our established HR team. This role sits within a collaborative Total Rewards (TR) team alongside two other analysts, while also serving as the organization’s primary resource for Global Mobility (GM).
This is a unique opportunity to combine compensation, benefits, and mobility expertise in a role that has both operational depth and cross-functional exposure. You’ll work closely with TR colleagues, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partner teams to support programs that directly impact employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
Global Mobility (GM)
- Manage employee assignments and relocations (domestic and international)
- Coordinate immigration and visa requirements with external partners
- Ensure insurance coverage for travel to higher-risk locations
- Support tax equalization processes
- Track employee travel to ensure compliance with immigration and tax regulations
- Act as the subject matter resource for GM within HR
Total Rewards (TR)
- Administer and support compensation programs, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis (Ontario and Quebec)
- Support annual compensation review cycles, including data validation, reporting, and analysis
- Manage short-term and long-term disability cases, and coordinate workplace accommodations
- Respond to employee inquiries related to pension and benefits programs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TR processes and programs
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in TR, GM, or a combination of both
- College diploma (minimum required) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; university degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reporting
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner across HR functions
- A customer-service orientation, with experience supporting and interacting directly with employees and managers
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

Nice-to-Have
- Experience with GM programs or vendors
- Knowledge of compensation practices and pay equity legislation across Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and Alberta
- Familiarity with HRIS and reporting tools
It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed. Successful applicants must meet all applicable security requirements, including but not limited to the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance. Applicants may be required to meet additional security requirements in order to gain access to technical data, classified areas or information that is subject to international regulations. You must be eligible to work in Canada.
The hiring range for this position is $80,000-$96,000. Our goal is to provide a fair and competitive offer based on an assessment of internal equity and your qualifications, including:
