WHO WE NEED:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Proficiency in Power BI Report Builder.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, primarily Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation tasks.
- Experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
- Certifications in data analytics or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics).
Role Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering. Gather and understand customer requirements to provide analytical support tailored to their reporting needs.
- Reports development. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Data Integration. Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to ensure data quality and integration across multiple sources.
- Data Visualization. Create compelling visualizations to present data insights in an easily understandable manner.
- Data Governance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all analysis and reporting activities.
- Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and department leaders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that drive business insights.
- Continuous Improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel to our office may be requested up to once or twice a year
