Position: Production Team Member
About the role:
The Production Team Member will be cross trained in multiple areas of production and assist in every facet of operation, as directed by management.

What you will be doing:
- Contribute to a team environment by cross-training on production equipment and processes.
- Perform highly repetitive job duties involving machine operation and manual picking and packing of product.
- Detect and seperate defective products.
- Record all required information.
- Create a safe workspace by maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas and following safety regulations.
- Enjoyment of wearing many hats is necessary.
What you need:
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Effective communication skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math proficiency and ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs. (varied frequency), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Ability to work overtime as required
