About This Position
Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Business Analyst at ChronicCareIQ in Alpharetta, GA. The Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of core products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements from stakeholders, documenting them as user stories, and validating the final solution against the requirements.
What you will do?
Gain thorough understanding of product and customer’s needs
Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategy
Communicate product priorities to the development team
Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product progress
Continually make recommendations and refinements to the product
backlog
Conduct end user research to identify new features and product
enhancements
Monitor competitive landscape to ensure products remain best in class
Ensure product is aligned with company priorities to drive sales and
improve customer satisfaction
Document, review and assure that all quality and change control
standards are met
Create, prioritize and accept user stories from sales, marketing and
customer support teams
Identify pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies and value with
features and enhancements
Lead development life-cycle processes: iteration planning sessions, product
demos, retrospectives, and roadmap planning
Condense complex technical concepts into non-technical language for
stakeholders
Advocate for the client staff by empathizing with and understanding their
needs and becoming the domain expert
Regularly work with the product team to continuously assess progress,
disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps
Clearly communicate at all levels (Leadership Team, Product Team, Custom
Success, Sales)
Regular demo product to internal teams and perform customer webinars
for new features
Qualifications:
7+ years of business analyst / product management
5+ years of relevant health care experience, especially in the remote care
management and/or ambulatory space
Excellent communication skills
Agile and/or Scrub processes
Working understanding of database models
Strong knowledge of technical tradeoffs between short term fixes vs. long
term solutions
Preferred Experience:
Experience with UI creation and understanding good UX
Database (SQL) or BI experience
Education and Experience:
College degree required
7 - 10+ years of relevant job experience
