About This Position
The Fiscal Assistant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization by performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. This role involves processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with budget tracking, and supporting monthly reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position ensures timely and accurate data entry and contributes to the overall efficiency and compliance of the finance department.
This position is a Part Time position.

Physical Requirements:
Skills/Requirements to perform tasks may include but not limited to:
- Must be able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 15 pounds.
- Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift or carry objects.
- Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, grasp, or feel; ability to reach with arms at, above, or below waist level.
- Must be capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying items as needed.
- Ability to stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, and crawl as part of routine tasks.
- Constant ability to communicate verbally, hear, and perceive smells and tastes as required by the role.
- Specific visual abilities required include close vision, color perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to work in varying outdoor conditions including exposure to sun, rain, heat, cold, snow, dust, and fumes.
- The noise level in the work environment is typically consistent with a standard office setting, ranging from low to moderate.
Education/Experience:
Minimum: High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred: At least six (6) months of experience in billing or related administrative/accounting work.
