RENTAL LOT PORTER in Gilberts, Arizona at San Tan Auto Partners LLC

The primary purpose of this job is to assist customers with the rental process

Essential Functions:

Customer Service:

• Assist customers through the checkout and return procedures

• Complete damage inspections with customers

Administration:

• Accurately complete and handle rental documents according to company policy

• File all documentation according to company policy

Money Handling:

• Process transactions and account for all funds collected

Organizational Skills:

• Account for all rental units to ensure proper reservations are set and all appointments are met

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Practical Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service

• Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite

• Should have a valid Driver’s License in order to legally operate a motor vehicle
