Job Description

We’re a leading provider of insurance and supplemental benefits, proudly serving members across North America. Our organization is built on value, transparency, and integrity, and we take pride in delivering exceptional service to every client we work with.

We’re currently seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals with strong communication skills to join our growing team as Sales and Customer Service Representatives.

About Us

For more than 68 years, our organization has partnered with over 40,000 labor unions and associations — including organizations within the NFL, NBA, and MLB — serving over 5 million members and counting. With more than $58.9 billion of coverage in force and an A+ Superior Rating from AM Best for financial strength, we’re recognized as a trusted leader in our field.

Union members request our programs because standard workplace benefits are often reduced or lost after retirement or career changes. We provide permanent, reliable protection to ensure families remain covered for life.

Our company has been consistently recognized as one of the top workplaces in North America, earning Best Workplace Awards (2017–2019) and ranking among Forbes’ Top 25 Happiest Companies to Work For.

What We Offer
  • Weekly advances and bonuses – First-year average income of $55K+

  • Long-term career progression and advancement opportunities

  • Flexible work hours and scheduling freedom

  • Remote work-from-home options

  • Residual income potential – earn ongoing income from past performance

  • Full health benefits package – including medical, dental, and life insurance

  • Hands-on mentorship and 1-on-1 training
