Screen Print Supervisor at S - Muddy Feet Graphics – Rockingham, Virginia

We are seeking an experienced Screen Print Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our screen printing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing (not required), excellent management and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate a team to ensure high-quality, on-time production.

• Manage the screen printing department, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control
• Train and supervise a team of screen print technicians, ensuring they are proficient in all aspects of the screen printing process
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to understand customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the screen printing process
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the screen printing operation
