Automotive Service Technician at Puklich Chevrolet Inc. – Valley City, North Dakota

Requires the ability to perform light maintenance and repairs which include lube, oil and filter changes, balancing and rotation of tires, and flushing cooling systems. This is an entry-level position.

• Installs and repairs automotive air-conditioning units within dealership and factory quality and time guidelines.
• Repairs and maintains diesel and gasoline engine industrial trucks according to dealership and factory specifications.
• Repairs manual and automatic transmissions in automobiles within dealership and manufacturer quality and time standards.
• Aligns wheels, axles, frames, torsion bars and steering mechanisms of automotive vehicles.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug screen and background check

Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years

General Automotive Tech knowledge, such as experience with oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacement, etc.
