Certified Medication Technician. Must be able to work every other Weekend!

Job Details:
Verify the identification of a resident to assure appropriate care is being provided to residents.
Recognize and respond to the needs of residents.
Document changes in the resident's condition as soon as possible.
Report resident's intake on meal percentage sheet.
Document accidents and incidents when they occur.
Assist with resident move-ins, transferring and move outs.
Ensure all assigned tasks are handled in accordance with Community policies and procedures as instructed by leader.

SCHEDULE IS OVERNIGHT EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
