Overview

Performs a wide range of facilities services tasks including non-technical maintenance of building and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing, outdoor maintenance, detail cleaning of equipment, floors, and more
• Clean and maintain equipment, per the cleaning schedule
• Check in and put away truck orders
• Do garden/yard upkeep, collecting trash etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, detail scrubbing floors, cleaning behind equipment, etc.
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• Documents facilities maintenance requirements; maintains appropriate records of work performed.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Report to store owner

Requirements

• Ability to work early mornings, have an eye for cleanliness
• Have needed skills or be willing to learn
• This is a part time position, but if you can travel between 2 stores, it could be a full time position
• At least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified preferred
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Physical stamina and dexterity ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time for one location, could be full time, if you can travel to more than 1 store

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15-30+ per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
