Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Responsible for the prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests; serving food and drink as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Record all sales using the appropriate POS system and follow all cash handling procedures.
- All guest payments are processed according to established procedures.
- Ensure alcohol awareness procedures are in place and notify supervisor of any guest incidents.
- Completes opening and closing side-work consistent with property expectations.
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.
Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Thorough knowledge of menus.
