As part of our team, you will:

• Connect with members who have requested information about their benefits.

• Schedule and host virtual meetings to review and explain coverage options.

• Present benefit programs in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

• Assist families with enrollment and complete digital paperwork.

• Maintain compliance and accurate records to ensure quality service.

• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow into leadership.

Agent-in-Training – Learn the foundations of benefits education, client service, and professional sales.

Team Leader – Mentor and guide new agents while advancing your leadership and earning potential.
