Home Health Aide (Greenville, SC)

Pay: $13.00 per hour bi-weekly pay, with opportunities for raises based on performance

Flexible client schedules; shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team in delivering exceptional in-home care. You will assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will be reliable and committed to providing excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship by engaging patients in meaningful conversations and activities
• Observe and monitor patients’ conditions, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the office
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety and health standards
• Follow individualized care plans and instructions from nurses and management
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs as needed
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
