**We are currently looking to hire flexible candidates for the morning, mid-day, evening, and weekend shifts!**
Responsibilities:
- Greet and connect with each customer
- Prepare drinks according to recipe, quickly and accurately
- Manage cash drawer, following established procedures
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
- Keep store clean and organized
- Maintain workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
- Work as a team and communicate with all staff members
Qualifications:

- Dependable and motivated
- Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties

Benefits:
Pay $12.00-$14.00 p/hr plus tips! (Baristas report earning at least $14-16 p/hour including tips, although a concrete tip amount cannot be 100% guaranteed)
