Hardscape Crew Lead – Heavy Equipment Specialist (ICPI Certified)
Location: Central New York (CNY Area)

As we continue to expand our hardscape and construction division, we are seeking a talented and motivated Hardscape Crew Lead to elevate our projects and inspire our team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a hardscape crew on residential and commercial projects, ensuring a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Operate and oversee the safe and efficient use of heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.).
- Read, interpret, and execute site plans, layouts, and grade elevations with precision.
- Ensure all installations meet or exceed ICPI and NCMA standards.
- Mentor and train team members in advanced hardscape techniques and equipment operation.
- Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in hardscape and construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Certifications: ICPI Certification required; NCMA Certification preferred.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of hardscape equipment and products, including operation, maintenance, and application across diverse projects.
- Proficient in reading and executing detailed construction plans.
- Expertise in heavy equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a team-focused mindset.
