Job Description

Position Title: Student Brand - Brand Communications Team - MassArt

This team establishes the voice and face of Normal Art by managing a cohesive strategy across social media, web content, and event promotion. Responsible for creating and curating compelling content for Instagram and TikTok, the team drives engagement while maintaining the brand's digital presence and coordinating with MassArt's Marketing and Communications office. Beyond digital platforms, the team handles graphic design for physical touchpoints, including product design and vending machine wraps, to ensure a consistent brand identity. Members develop content calendars, analyze performance metrics, and utilize strong video production skills to optimize reach and impact. Collectively, the team ensures that every Normal Art initiative is strategically promoted and visually aligned with our community-driven mission.

Compensation: $18/hour



Job Requirements:

Student must have completed the elective course Design for Consumers.
