Medical Records Specialist/MCAI in Aurora, Illinois at Rush Copley Medical Center

Position Summary: Responsible for any or all of the following functions as assigned: analysis of outpatient records, chart pick up/processing, chart pulls, filing, loose report processing, release of information. Coordinate activities pertaining to CD/report delivery and Ambra inbound/outbound releases.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of Medical Records department functions preferred.
