In this role, you’ll connect with union members who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefits. You’ll meet with members virtually, explain their options, answer questions, and help them navigate the enrollment process.

Your responsibilities will include conducting phone and video appointments, presenting benefit information clearly, completing applications and documentation, maintaining accurate records, and following up with members when needed.
