We are looking for an energetic, confident, and results-driven Director of Outreach to help drive occupancy and build a powerful network of referral partners for two outstanding Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in the Salt Lake City area - The Ridge Cottonwood and The Ridge Foothill.
This is not a desk job. You will be out in the community, meeting people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and representing two exceptional senior living communities.

THE OPPORTUNITYAs our Director of Outreach, you will be a key member of the sales and marketing effort. Your mission is simple:
Build relationships. Generate referrals. Drive occupancy.
You will develop, maintain, and actively leverage relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, physicians, home health and hospice providers, senior-focused organizations, businesses, community leaders, and other referral partners.
You'll become a trusted resource in the local senior living community while helping families discover the exceptional care, services, lifestyle, and experience our communities provide.
The position pays very well and the wages listed are inclusive of bonus potential.
What You'll Be Doing- Build a Referral Network: Identify, develop, and cultivate new referral sources while strengthening existing relationships.
- Get Out and Connect: Spend time in the community networking, attending events, making introductions, and creating new business opportunities.
- Drive Occupancy: Develop and execute outreach strategies designed to generate qualified leads and achieve budgeted occupancy goals.
- Be the Face of Our Communities: Represent our communities with enthusiasm, professionalism, confidence, and genuine passion.
- Create Partnerships: Develop meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, professional organizations, community groups, businesses, and other key influencers.
- Present and Educate: Confidently speak to groups and organizations about senior living, our communities, our services, and the solutions we provide to seniors and their families.
- Know Your Product: Maintain an exceptional understanding of our communities, programs, services, differentiators, and resident experience so you can confidently communicate our value.
- Know Your Market: Stay current on local market conditions, competitor activity, referral trends, and opportunities to help us remain ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with Sales: Partner closely with the sales and community leadership teams to develop outreach strategies and action plans that produce results.
- Create Buzz: Participate in marketing, public relations, advertising, educational programs, special events, and community activities that increase awareness and generate leads.
- Follow Up and Follow Through: Track relationships, opportunities, referrals, and results—and make sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, fundraising, public relations, marketing, sales, community outreach, or an equivalent field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to confidently present to small and large groups.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.
- A proven ability to represent an organization professionally and enthusiastically.
Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, sales, marketing, fund raising, business development, or community relations experience is highly valued.
