  • Design and implement scalable technology solutions that address current business needs while strengthening the long-term HR technology ecosystem.
  • Lead system releases, upgrades, and major implementations, coordinating testing, stakeholder communication, deployment activities, and post-launch support.
  • Design and maintain role-based access, permissions, and security frameworks across HR platforms in alignment with enterprise data governance standards.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, determining appropriate solutions and engaging IT, vendors, or HR leadership when necessary.
  • Partner with IT, Legal, and Compliance to support data privacy, security, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Represent HR Technology in projects involving HR teams, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders, including system implementations and integrations.
  • Provide technical expertise during solution design discussions, ensuring configurations are operationally sound and architecturally defensible.
  • Develop and deliver training for Engineers and Coordinators on system processes, platform capabilities, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor technical peers through documentation, hands-on demonstrations, knowledge sharing, and ongoing guidance.
  • Maintain comprehensive configuration records, process documentation, and change logs as accurate and auditable resources.
  • Support I-9 compliance administration, audits, and E-Verify processes for corporate hires.
  • Contribute to HR technology and data compliance audits while maintaining awareness of relevant platform updates, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of HRIS or HR systems experience, with demonstrated progression into senior-level technical responsibilities.
  • Deep hands-on experience with HR platform configuration, systems management, and complex troubleshooting within an enterprise HRIS or HCM environment.
  • Proven experience leading system releases, upgrades, or implementations, including testing, stakeholder communication, and post-launch support.
  • Strong expertise in access governance, role-based permissions, data security, and HR technology controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, business processes, and the role of HR technology in supporting organizational operations.
  • Advanced experience with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform is preferred.
  • Experience with iCIMS, Betterworks, Qualtrics, or Confirm is a plus.
  • Familiarity with I-9 compliance administration, E-Verify, HR compliance audits, and data security frameworks is preferred.
  • Understanding of system integrations, middleware, and API-based data flows is desirable.
  • Experience within staffing, healthcare, or travel nursing environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary of $80,000–$90,000 USD.
  • Senior-level technical ownership across an enterprise HR technology ecosystem.
  • Opportunity to work across HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, vendors, and other business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on involvement in major system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and technology improvements.
  • Opportunity to mentor peers and contribute to the development of HR Technology Operations.
  • Exposure to HR technology, compliance, security, and systems supporting the full employee lifecycle.
