Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a creative and knowledgeable Social Media Strategist with expertise in the automotive industry to oversee our dealership digital presence across all social media platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for content development, community management, campaign implementation, and increasing showroom visitation through targeted social media marketing strategies. This position requires on-site reporting at the dealership and close collaboration with the sales and marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and schedule all social media content across various social media platforms

- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Walkarounds, etc.)

- Photograph new vehicle inventory and dealership life

- Research and stay current on social media and automotive trends

- Track and report on social media performance metrics and audience engagement to optimize campaigns

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with Director of Marketing to produce cohesive messaging

Posting Requirements:

Facebook: 1 - 2/week

Instagram Feed: 1 - 2/week

Instagram Story: 1/day

TikTok: 1/day

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media management and strategy development

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas

- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly

- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices

- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
