Are you a college student interested in working as an intern or co-op for a multi-dimensional engineering, architecture, and planning firm? Ms consultants is looking for a Right-of-Way Intern to provide assistance with Right-of-Way tasks for our office in Columbus, Ohio.

Consider spending your summer investing in your career development with ms consultants! At ms consultants, you’ll work closely with an assigned manager and mentor on assignments related to your field of study to take your classroom learning to the next level. You’ll work on live projects supporting our clients with innovative solutions by overcoming real life design challenges.

What You'll Do:

Assist in the preparation of Acquisition Offer Packages and Title Reports, including review of appraisals and right of way plans.
Use of adobe PDF, Excel, Word, and GIS sites.
Assist with fieldwork in different Ohio Courthouses, and owner negotiations, requiring travel.

What You'll Bring:

We are looking for an individual who is currently pursuing a Real Estate or Business Administration degree, enrolled in core classes, and is looking to explore a career in right of way acquisitions.

Candidates must be an undergraduate student currently in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or other related field.
Detail-oriented personality with strong technical skills.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to complete field visits for title research and acquisition offers with an Acquisition Agent or Project Manager
Reliable transportation required.
