Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Therapy, Wellness & Longevity
Full-Time | Stuart, Florida
A Different Kind of Nursing Role
iCRYO Stuart is seeking an experienced, personable Registered Nurse who wants to use their clinical skills in a modern wellness, recovery and longevity environment.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing position centered on IV therapy, intramuscular injections, clinical screening, education and personalized wellness support. It is ideal for an RN who enjoys building relationships, working with a high level of independence and helping guests feel informed, comfortable and cared for.
This is not a hospital, bedside or nursing-management position. The right candidate will be comfortable combining safe clinical care with guest education, service recommendations and a customer-focused wellness experience.
About iCRYO Stuart
Our center offers a broad range of wellness and longevity services, including:
- IV and IM therapy
- Ozone UV IV therapy
- Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
- Medical weight management
- Peptide programs
- Body-contouring and aesthetic technologies
- Cryotherapy
- Red light therapy
- Infrared sauna
- Compression and recovery services
As our clinical offerings continue to grow, future areas of expansion may include diagnostic lab testing, hormone health, wearable-informed wellness tracking, metabolic assessments, oxygen and other health measurements, supplement education, DNA-informed wellness insights, and personalized nutrition and lifestyle support.
RNs may assist with health-data collection, education, documentation and care coordination while collaborating with medical providers, functional medicine practitioners and other qualified professionals. Responsibilities will always remain within established protocols, provider direction and the RN’s scope of practice.
What You’ll Do
- Safely administer IV infusions and IM injections according to provider orders, established protocols and the RN’s scope of practice.
- Perform IV catheter insertion using proper aseptic technique.
- Obtain and document vital signs, health history and required clinical information.
- Review contraindications, medical clearances, consents and other required documentation before services.
- Recognize when a guest requires additional evaluation, medical clearance, escalation or referral.
- Educate guests about their services, expected experience, safety considerations and appropriate aftercare.
- Discuss guests’ wellness goals and explain appropriate service options within established clinical protocols.
- Support applicable wellness and longevity programs based on training, provider direction and scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Protect guest privacy and follow all clinical, operational, safety and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional clinical environment.
- Assist with efficient guest flow and create a welcoming experience throughout the center.
- Collaborate with other RNs, licensed estheticians, wellness providers, sales associates and center leadership.
- Participate in ongoing training and successfully complete required iCRYO clinical and service competencies.
- Current, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license or eligible multistate compact privilege.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- At least one year of post-licensure clinical nursing experience.
- Recent hands-on IV insertion and IV therapy experience.
- Experience administering injections.
- Experience obtaining vital signs and performing appropriate clinical assessments.
- Experience documenting accurately in an electronic medical record.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions within established protocols and scope of practice.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, privacy and medical compliance.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling platforms and point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
Because independent IV insertion is a central responsibility, applicants must already possess practical IV experience.
Our Ideal iCRYO Nurse
The right candidate is:
- Warm, confident and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of guests.
- Passionate about health, wellness, recovery and longevity.
- Clinically responsible while also friendly and approachable.
- Skilled and confident with IV insertion.
- Comfortable educating guests and recommending services that align with their goals and established protocols.
- Motivated by both exceptional clinical care and an exceptional guest experience.
- Comfortable working in a service-oriented environment with commission opportunities.
- Organized and able to manage multiple guests and responsibilities without losing attention to clinical details.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Interested in learning about emerging wellness services, technologies and protocols.
- Looking for a hands-on clinical position rather than a supervisory or management role.
- Committed to continued learning and professional development.
At iCRYO, the guest experience is just as important as the service itself. Our RNs should make guests feel welcomed, informed, comfortable and cared for throughout every visit.
We are looking for nurses who want to build relationships—not simply perform a clinical service. The right candidate will take time to understand why a guest is visiting, provide appropriate education and help create a personalized wellness experience while maintaining professional boundaries and clinical standards.
Our team works collaboratively across clinical, aesthetic, wellness and guest-service roles. Every team member contributes to maintaining a professional environment, supporting center operations and helping guests achieve their goals.
Technology and Administrative Skills
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and scheduling systems.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology.
- Ability to document services, notes, vital signs and guest information accurately.
- Ability to learn and use iCRYO’s operational and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to clinical and guest-care details.
- Work in a modern wellness, recovery and longevity environment.
- Use your existing IV skills outside of a traditional hospital setting.
- Gain exposure to IV therapy, ozone UV IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, medical weight management, peptides, aesthetics, body contouring and recovery technologies.
- Learn about developing areas such as labs, hormone health, wearables, metabolic health, supplements, DNA-informed wellness and personalized longevity.
- Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with guests.
- Receive training on iCRYO services and clinical protocols.
- Work alongside a collaborative team of clinical, aesthetic and wellness professionals.
- Earn competitive compensation with commission opportunities.
- Expand your knowledge beyond traditional bedside nursing.
- Grow with an evolving wellness and longevity practice.
If you are an experienced RN who is committed to clinical safety, personalized care and an exceptional guest experience, we would love to meet you.
