Summer 2027 Accounting and Finance Internship in Rogers, Arkansas at The Happy Group Inc

· You are currently pursuing your bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

· You enjoy driving process automation

· You have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others with daily tasks and projects

· You would like to learn how Finance and Accounting can drive a business to run faster and guide decision making

Key Job Duties For This Role Include:

· Strong desire to learn about accounting and accounting information systems

· Help drive automation around Power BI

· Learn Financial Modeling real time to assist in business decision making

· Work cross –functionally with Marketing, Operations and Sales teams at Happy Egg to deliver on projects

You’ll Really Wow Us If:

· You are a self-starter who can work independently while contributing to team goals.

· You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· You have a desire to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

· You have genuine interest in automation

What Happy Egg Offers To You:

A 10-week summer internship at a 120 employee company headquartered in Rogers, AR. The internship will begin May 17th and end July 23rd, 2027. We will give you 40 hour per week employment. You also will receive 2 cartons of free eggs every other week!

We are in office five days a week.
