Automotive Parts Advisor
Full-time $18-20/ hour based on experience

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts
- Maintain and organize parts inventory for accuracy and efficiency
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranties
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to the service department
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in automotive parts or service (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong computer skills (experience with dealership systems is a plus)
- A driven, customer-first attitude
- Proficient in inventory management, POS, and retail sales with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and using a cash register.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, negotiation, and vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent
