**Housekeeping Manager**EXP ONLY.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on **Housekeeping Manager*
* to lead our housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the housekeeping team.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure hotel and brand standards are consistently met.
- Manage daily room assignments and coordinate closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and departmental inventory.
- Maintain productivity and labor standards while ensuring quality is never compromised.
- Address guest concerns related to cleanliness quickly and professionally.
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures are followed.
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment.

Previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. Please have experience with Marriott, IHG, Hilton, Hyatt.
