The position offers a competitive wage of $20/hr - $22/hr, influenced by experience. Additionally, a bonus incentive is in place, contingent upon objective performance metrics.

Day in the Life:

As a Grind Room Associate, your primary responsibilities will entail:

· Use bandsaw, chop saw, and angle grinders to remove excess material.

· Removing flashing, burrs, and minor defects using belt grinders, angle grinders, and die grinders

· Clean ground casting using shot-blast and tumble machines.

· Perform visual inspections and isolate defective pieces.

· Pack and Palletize finished castings for shipment.

Requirements:

· Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time.
